Improperly Disposing of Trash at the Dumpster is Expensive for Dunwoody Hills! 

The dumpster is for the disposal of trash and can only compact smaller, malleable items.  Improper disposal of furniture, rugs, chairs, lamps, pet items, etc. can either damage the compactor which would require repair OR we must pay an outside company to remove the items.

The recycle bins are for the disposal of smaller recyclable items such as paper, plastic, bottles, cardboard etc.

If you have large boxes that you need to dispose of, please cut/break down boxes into small pieces and place them in the recycle bin/compactor OR take the boxes to the nearest recycle center.

Items should be left inside the dumpster or inside the recycle bins. Never leave items on the walkway or on top of the dumpster.

**Large items as well as abandoned trash at the dumpster is expensive to our community. Keeping expenses to a minimum will allow for continued maintenance and improvements in Dunwoody Hills.

***Failure to adhere to guidelines could result in fines and/or a future increase in association fees

Fee Assessment:

Small items: $25 / $50 / $75 plus legal costs 

Large items: $300 per incident plus legal costs  

*Please report any suspicious/illegal dumping to the Board immediately.  Any photos taken in the process are always helpful.

*Please do not share the gate/access code.

*Any residents that are unaware of the gate/access code should contact a Board member or Access Management.
