Dive into warmer weather with the amazing Community Pool!

The Dunwoody Hills Community Pool is open from May 1st – September 30th. It is open to the enjoyment of all residents. Here are a few rules to remember when using the pool.

Pool Rules

  1. Hours of operation: 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
  2. USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND POOL FACILITIES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, INCLUDING THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO DISEASES AND ILLNESSES.
  3. Any person wishing to use the swimming pool and/or pool facilities must be an Owner or Occupant of a home in the community and must be in good standing with the Association. Owners or Occupants whose rights to use the Association’s amenities have been suspended due to delinquency or an infraction of the Association’s governing documents shall not be permitted to use the swimming pool and/or pool facilities.
  4. GUESTS of Owners or Residents are only permitted to enter the swimming pool or pool facilities with a current Owners or Residents in the community.
  5. At no time may there be more than forty (40) persons present at the swimming pool facility.
  6. Maximum bather load: 40
  7. All persons using the swimming pool and/or pool facilities must maintain six (6) feet of distance between yourself and any other persons who are not members of your household when entering, using, and exiting the swimming pool and pool facilities. At no time should you hug or make physical contact with non- household members using the pool.
  8. Any persons using the swimming pool and/or pool facilities are required to follow all governmental orders, laws, and regulations.
  9. No glass, sharp objects or hazardous materials allowed.
  10. No animals other than service animals allowed.
  11. Shower and rinse thoroughly before entering the pool.
  12. No food or drink within five feet (5’) of the pool.
  13. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  14. Swimmers with open wounds, skin conditions, or any communicable condition not allowed.
  15. No solo swimming.
  16. Swimmers shall wear swim attire.
  17. No spitting, spouting or blowing nose.
  18. No running or rough play allowed.
