Get Your Grill On!
The Dunwoody Hills HOA was pleased to install a Community Charcoal Grill and Picnic Table for the enjoyment of the community. The Dunwoody Hills Picnic Area is located by building 400 directly on the other side of where the pool is located.
A reminder due to Fire code laws in Fulton County no grill may be used or stored near any of the buildings in the community.
Below are the rules governing the use of the community picnic area.
- Only residents of the Dunwoody Hills community are allowed to use the picnic area.
- All trash must be removed after each use.
- The grill is first come first served to members in good standing.
- Be respectful of your neighbors who live near the grill area and keep noise to a minimum.
- You must clean the grill of all charcoal remnants and ashes after each use.
- You must clean the picnic table after use.
- You must clean the grill grates after each use.
- Grill area closes at 10:00 PM.
- No glass of any kind is allowed at grill area.
- Kids shall be under the supervision of adults at all times.
